Our 12th annual edition: Who are B.C.’s Top 15 Grade 12 boys volleyball players? Check out our 2020-21 Dream Team!

It’s Year No. 12 for the Varsity Letters’ B.C. boys Super 15 senior boys volleyball player rankings.

Once again, our sincere thanks go out to the head coaches of four B.C. men’s Canada West volleyball programs who cast their votes from a pool of this province’s top graduating Grade 12 talent.

COVID-19’s appearance on the scene could have been a convenient excuse for the coaches to beg off my request for the first time in over a decade. Instead, they came through once again, helping us keep in tact, a tradition which has begun to resonate not only here in B.C. but across our entire nation.

A special additional round of thanks to Volleyball B.C. technical director Jay Tremonti for all of his help insuring our selection panel wasn’t missing out on any potential candidates after consecutive club and high school seasons wound up being cancelled.

And we can’t forget Vancouver Sports Pictures and its guiding force, Paul Yates, for his continued support and belief in B.C. high school sports. Your company’s work is so vital and so greatly appreciated.

B.C.’s place in the delivery system of talent from the high school and club ranks to university and beyond has always been foundational for our nation, and as our 2020 Super 15 shows, that tradition is just set to continue.

By the way, you can click here for our annual feature story on the player voted No. 1.

TOMORROW: Our B.C. senior girls Super 15, and our feature look at the No. 1 player!
