Legal Beagle 2018! Varsity Letters gives you the first look as the Terry Fox Ravens prepare to host a blockbuster

PORT COQUITLAM — B.C.’s boys basketball fans, here’s something to spend your holidays counting down!

The Terry Fox Legal Beagle invitational rolls Jan. 11-13 at the Port Coquitlam school and the draw, released here on Varsity Letters, is a dandy.

We’ll have more as the big week approaches, but for now, chew on this bracket for the 10-team event.

The two teams selected to earn first-round byes and play their way into the bracket’s second round are none other than the same two teams which clashed last Saturday in the TBI’s title tilt: Oak Bay and Holy Cross.

Here are the main features from the championship side of  the draw:

JAN. 11

Game 1

W.J. Mouat vs. South Kamloops

Game 4

Kitsilano vs. Walnut Grove

Game 3

Terry Fox vs. Kelowna

Game 2

Semiahmoo vs. Vancouver College

JAN. 12

Holy Cross vs. Game 1 winner

Oak Bay vs. Game 2 winner
