POOL A

9 a.m. — Centennial 5 North Peace 0, Sardis 3 Oak Bay 2

12:30 p.m.—Centennial 1 Sardis 0, Oak Bay 3 North Peace 2

The skinny — Centennial went 2-0 to sit atop the pool and will advance from this group to the Final Four if it can beat Oak Bay in its 10:45 a.m. date. If Oak Bay wins, and Sardis tops winless North Peace in its final game, then we’ve got a three-way tie for first at 2-1.

POOL B

9 a.m. — McMath 2 Claremont 0, South Delta 2 Handsworth 1

12:30 p.m. — McMath 1 South Delta 0, Handsworth 1 Claremont 0

The skinny — McMath will head into its 10:45 a.m. pool play finale against Handsworth looking for the win which would push it to 3-0 and send it along to the semifinals. If it loses, however, and South Delta beats winless Claremont, then just like Pool A, there will be a three-way tie for first at 2-1.

2:15 p.m. — Nanaimo District 1 Kitsilano 0, Panorama Ridge 2 Dr. Charles Best 0

The skinny — So many possible outcomes, but the bottom line is that undefeated Panorama Ridge (1-0-1) will advance if it beats Nanaimo District in its 9 a.m. group finale.
