LANGLEY — Welcome to AAA Conference All-Star week.
It’s that special time in each B.C. High School Football season when recognition shines on individuals for their efforts over the course of the regular season.
From here, the seeds of the final provincial all-star team are first planted.
We started things off earlier today with the Eastern Conference, now it’s the Western Conference’s turn.
Varsity Letters publication schedule will follow later in the week, perhaps Wednesday, with the Pacific and Interior conference all-star teams.
The AA conference all-star teams will be released next week.
Please note, East and West coaches have today announced their Most Promising Grade 11s as well.
The East announced two selections, while the West announced one.
Note to coaches, if there are spelling errors in players names, heights or weights, please email howardtsumura@gmail.com to make those corrections.
As well, as a note to players, parents, assorted family members and friends, congratulations: If, however, you see what you think is an error, you must contact said players’ coach and let them know the error. To maintain quality control, that coach will then email me — again, at howardtsumura@gmail.com to make the correction.
All-star selections were made by conference coaches. Varsity Letters played no role in the selections of these teams.
Congratulations on your selection, players, and all the best in your future football endeavours.
