LANGLEY — The B.C. junior boys preseason basketball rankings, released Tuesday morning by the Junior Boys Provincial Committee, reflect the strength of programs concentrated through the geographic regions of the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and southern Vancouver Island regions.
