Legal Beagle 2018: Mand, Stanyer and rest of young-and-restless Ravens carry Terry Fox’s spirit to centre stage

PORT COQUITLAM — A funny thing happened to Port Coquitlam’s Terry Fox Ravens en route to being the only non-ranked, non-honourable mention team among the entire 16-school field which took part in the Tsumura Basketball Invitational about four weeks ago at the Langley Events Centre: They advanced all the way to event’s Final Four.

LANGLEY — When last we left Surrey’s Holy Cross Crusaders and the Oak Bay Bays of Victoria, we were right here at the Langley Events Centre. It was mid-March and the Crusaders were topping the Bays for third-place at the Telus B.C. AAAA championship tournament.
